2025-2026 School Year

The average cost to educate a child at WTCS continues to rise significantly year over year. However, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer discounts and tuition assistance to help offset the cost for families who qualify. WTCS Board of Directors and the Administration strive to keep our education affordable and accessible for all students.  

Admissions
WTCS offers ongoing admission, which means you may apply at any time throughout the school year, but enrollment will be offered on an “as-available” basis.
All new PS-12th grade students must complete an online application for Admission and pay a one-time $50 application fee.   

Tuition
All WTCS families are required to enroll in our online Tuition Management program. Tuition will be paid via ACH according to the available schedules. Families who wish to pay via a different method must make prior written arrangements with the business office.

K-5th Grade: $8,300
6-8th Grade: $9,300
9-12th Grade: $10,400
(In-person credit card or debit card payments will incur a 3% fee per transaction)

A $300 non-refundable enrollment deposit is required to hold your student’s place for the upcoming school year. For returning students, this deposit is due along with your completed contract by March 15th. For new students, this deposit is due within 10 days of contract issuance. This deposit will be applied to your annual tuition.

Discounts
WTCS discounts are available to students and families who enroll full-time at WTCS. Part-time students and those who participate in our homeschool co-op are not eligible to receive discounts. If your family qualifies for more than one discount you will receive the discount that is most beneficial.

Multi-Student Discount: This discount applies to tuition only and is not extended to other programs or services offered by WTCS.
First (oldest) student – no discount
Second student – 10% discount
Third student – 20% discount
Fourth and additional students – 30% discount
Pastoral Discount: 30% discount for all eligible students
Full Pay Discount (combinable): 5% discount when tuition is paid in full by July 1st.

Financial Aid
Tuition Assistance is available to families who qualify and may be provided in combination with any eligible discounts already received. The amount of financial assistance available varies from year to year and must be applied for annually. 

Other Commitments
Service Hours: Families are required to perform 20 hours of service at WTCS each year. Families may opt-out of service hours by paying $500 at the time of enrollment. Service hours must be completed by April 15th each year, and any unmet hours will be billed to your student account at the rate of $25/hr.

Fundraising: Families are required to participate in our 2 major fundraisers each school year. Families may opt-out of fundraising requirements by paying $1,500 at the time of enrollment. Fundraiser information will be communicated by WTCS throughout the school year. Non-participation in a required fundraiser will be billed to your student account at a rate of $750 per fundraiser.

WTCS offers a variety of co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities to our students, including:

These programs have additional fees associated with them and details will be communicated each school year along with updated program information.
