2026-2027 School Year<\/strong>

The average cost to educate a child at WTCS continues to rise significantly year over year. However, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer discounts and tuition assistance to help offset the cost for families who qualify. WTCS Board of Directors and the Administration strive to keep our education affordable and accessible for all students.\u00a0\u00a0

Admissions<\/strong>
WTCS offers ongoing admission, which means you may apply at any time throughout the school year, but enrollment will be offered on an \u201cas-available\u201d basis.
All new PS-12th grade students must complete an online application for Admission and pay a one-time $50 application fee.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0

Tuition<\/strong>
All WTCS families are required to enroll in our online Tuition Management program. Tuition will be paid via ACH according to the available schedules. Families who wish to pay via a different method must make prior written arrangements with the business office.

Preschool 2 day (Tuesday & Thursday): $1,850
Preschool 4 day (Monday – Thursday): $3,700
PreK 4 day (Monday – Thursday): $7,400
K-5th Grade: $8,500
6-8th Grade: $9,600
9-12th Grade: $10,700
(In-person credit card or debit card payments will incur a 3% fee per transaction)

A $300 non-refundable enrollment deposit is required for K-12 students<\/strong> to hold your student\u2019s place for the upcoming school year. For returning students, this deposit is due along with your completed contract by March 15th. For new students, this deposit is due within 10 days of contract issuance. This deposit will be applied to your annual tuition.

An enrollment deposit of $200 is required to secure your child’s spot in a Preschool or Pre-K class<\/strong>. This deposit is refundable if your child does not meet the school’s criteria by July 31st. This deposit will be applied to the tuition prices above.

Discounts<\/strong>
WTCS discounts are available to K-12 students and families who enroll full-time at WTCS. Part-time students and those who participate in our homeschool co-op are not eligible to receive discounts. If your family qualifies for more than one discount, you will receive the discount that is most beneficial.

Multi-Student Discount (K-12):<\/strong> This discount applies to tuition only and is not extended to other programs or services offered by WTCS.

First (oldest) student – no discount
Second student – 10% discount
Third student – 20% discount
Fourth and additional students – 30% discount
Pastoral Discount: <\/strong>30% discount for all eligible students
Full Pay Discount (combinable): <\/strong>5% discount when tuition is paid in full by July 1st.

Financial Aid<\/strong> (K-12)<\/strong>
Tuition Assistance is available to families who qualify and may be provided in combination with any eligible discounts already received. The amount of financial assistance available varies from year to year and must be applied for annually.\u00a0 Tuition Assistance Application information coming soon.

Other Commitments<\/strong> (K-12)<\/strong>
Service Hours: <\/strong>Families are required to perform 20 hours of service at WTCS each year. Families may opt-out of service hours by paying $500 at the time of enrollment. Service hours must be completed by April 15th each year, and any unmet hours will be billed to your student account at the rate of $25\/hr.

Fundraising: <\/strong>Families are required to participate in our 2 major fundraisers each school year. Families may opt-out of fundraising requirements by paying $1,500 at the time of enrollment. Fundraiser information will be communicated by WTCS throughout the school year. Non-participation in a required fundraiser will be billed to your student account at a rate of $750 per fundraiser.\u00a0

WTCS offers a variety of co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities to our students, including:

These programs have additional fees associated with them and details will be communicated each school year along with updated program information.

Preschool<\/strong> is for children who have turned three years old by July 31, 2026.\u00a0 This program meets either twice a week, on Tuesday & Thursday, from 8:30-11:30am OR four times a week, Monday – Thursday from 8:30-11:30am.\u00a0 Class size is a maximum of 16 students with one teacher and an aide.

Prekindergarten<\/strong> is for children who have turned four years old by July 31, 2026.\u00a0 This program meets 4 days a week, on Monday-Thursday, from 8:30am – 2:30pm.\u00a0 Class size is a maximum of 16 students with one teacher and an aide. Lunch will be provided; it will follow the K-12 lunch menu.

Kindergarten<\/strong> is for children who have turned five years old by July 31, 2025.\u00a0 Students do not need to have been enrolled in preschool\/prek to attend kindergarten.\u00a0 This program meets 5 days a week (M-F) from 8:30am until 3:30pm.\u00a0 Class size is a maximum of 20 students with one teacher and an aide.

Elementary<\/strong>

1st grade through 5th grade meet from 8:30am until 3:30pm.\u00a0 Class size is a maximum of 22 students to one teacher.\u00a0 The average class size currently is 18 students.\u00a0

Elementary students attend Art, Music, and Physical Education each week.\u00a0 Other features include a huge playground for recess (2x per day), an expansive gymnasium (for PE class, indoor recess, concerts, etc.), library, homemade lunches, and much more!

Middle & High School<\/strong>
6th grade through 12th grade meet from 8:15am until 3:35pm.\u00a0 Class size is a maximum of 24 students.\u00a0 The average class size currently is 18 students.\u00a0 Middle and High School students have 9 periods in their day, including core classes (English, Science, Math, History, Bible), electives (Band, Choir, PE, Art, etc.), and lunch.\u00a0 Other features include a science lab, computer, well-equipped gymnasium (for PE classes, concerts, plays, pep rallies, sports, and much more!), and plenty of outside green space.

Williston Trinity Christian School strives to create an individualized education pathway for all high school students. We build upon the foundation of a Biblically based education and provide opportunities that suit each student depending on needs, talents, and interests. Whether students need extra support or are advanced, WTCS can offer individual education opportunities, including tutoring, advanced track classes, dual credit college classes, job shadowing, and internships when available. Our goal is to facilitate real life experiences within the framework of Christian principles, along with high level academic classes to promote readiness for life after WTCS. Our teachers and staff work hard to provide the most fitting and well-rounded high school experience for every student.
