WTCS 2017 – 2018  Tuition & Registration Requirements

PS – 12th Grade Registration Fee (nonrefundable, per student):

$50 during February      $75 during March      $100 during April      $150 After May 1st

Please know that before any registration can be considered, we must receive completed registration materials & registration fee.  Make sure your FACTS and lunch accounts are made current or your child will not be allowed to register.  

Tuition fees*:  Every family is required to enroll in FACTS Tuition Management for the automatic withdrawal of monthly tuition & incidentals or pay tuition in full by June 1, 2017.   A $50 late fee will be assessed if FACTS is not set up by June 1, and each month following that it is not set up.  If monthly payments are not made in a timely manner, a $50 late fee will be assessed on the 20th of the month, unless other payment arrangements have been made with the bookkeeper.  Families, please contact the Bookkeeper at 701-774-9056, if you are unable to make a tuition payment.

Multi-student discount:  We believe children are a “heritage from the Lord” and parents should not be penalized for having a large family. We are therefore happy to provide a multi-child discount to help enable multiple children from a family to receive a Christian school education.  The oldest student will be considered the 1st student.

*Tuition that is paid in full for grades K-12 prior to August 1st or before the 1st day of classes, will receive a discount of 3.16%.  “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3.16


Curriculum/Material fees** (will be due before/charged on June 15th through FACTS account):

Preschool/PreKindergarten – $150               Grades K-4 – $200                         Grades 5-12 – $250

 **If paid prior to June 1st for grades K-12, a $50 discount will be applied to the above curriculum/material fee amount.


Service Hours (for grades K-12):  Each WTCS family is required to serve 40 hours of volunteer hours each school year. Single parents are required to serve 20 hours of volunteer hours. There are many opportunities to serve those volunteer hours. Each service hours is equivalent to $25.00. Please contact the school office for a list of needed opportunities.  You may OPT OUT of service hours for $1,000 per family (or $500 for single parents).

Fundraisers (for grades K-12):  As in the past, families are required to participate in 3 fundraisers.  Families have the option to OPT OUT of the yearly fundraisers.  The fee is $1,000 per family by August 1st.

Uniforms will be required for grades K-6.

Registration:  Priority will be given to registrations received in person; first come-first served.  Any registrations received prior to the registration date will be accepted on the second day of registration in the order they are received.

  • February 7: Currently enrolled WTCS students beginning at 8:30am.
  • February 8: Siblings of currently enrolled WTCS students beginning at 8:30am.
  • February 14: Open enrollment to the general public.  Numbers will be assigned beginning at 8:30am.  New Family Interviews will be scheduled at time of registration.  Acceptance is not guaranteed until the family interview is completed; paperwork & fees are turned in; and an acceptance is given.
  • Registration after February 14th will be handled in the front office.  Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis and may be dropped off or mailed to:  Williston Trinity Christian School, ATTN: Registrations, 2419 9th Ave. W., Williston, ND  58801.
