Williston Trinity Christian School’s strings program is off to a great start! The entire 5th grade is taking strings lessons (violin & cello) with Mr. Lora. He has many students taking private lessons as well. Second semester Mr. Lora is continuing to teach Introduction to Strings and Music Appreciation.

Mr. Lora is excited to share his arrangement of “Baba Yetu” comprised of the 7th-12 grade band and choir for the spring concert in April. We continue to see his vision of a youth symphony coming to life!

What is “Baba Yetu”? The Lord’s Prayer in Swahili. Check out this performance by Alex Boyé, BYU Men’s Chorus & Philharmonic; Christopher Tin. https://youtu.be/vsINANZ6Riw?t=1m11s
