*Academic – Data analysis, standardized testing review, admissions requirements, graduation requirements, academic policies and procedures, AI and plagiarism policies, steering committee lead for ACSI accreditation

*Administration – spiritual and emotional support for administration, available for consultation on problems that arise, may stand in for administration occasionally in the event of emergencies 

*Building & Grounds – gains and retains knowledge on the school’s property, on expansion, remodeling, or improvement committees, keeps abreast of insurance policies and claims, helps to ensure the school kept up and is and safe for students and visitors

*Devotion – Plans and shares the monthly meeting devotions

*Investment/Financial – Maintains school investments such as endowments and scholarships, seeks to grow them and generate more; consults with administration as needed regarding income streams and the like. 

*Meetings, Procedures, and Business – Revises and maintains the school Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, plans meetings of the membership to follow procedures set forth in the bylaws; assists in the creation of new policies and procedures. 

*Parents – available for parents to bring their concerns, directs parents through the proper channels following school policy, helps to achieve resolution and/or closure to parents from the board

*Safety & Security – work with Building & Grounds committee to ensure safety and security on campus, ensure intruder trainings are current and reach all staff, ensure fire inspection is passed, write safety procedure, oversee purchase and installation of safety and security supplies such as intruder deterrent devices, AEDs, fire extinguishers, etc.

*Teachers & Staff – available for staff to bring their concerns, directs staff through the proper channels following school policy, helps to achieve resolution and/or closure to staff from the board, can mediate between administration and staff when issues arise
